What IS truly happening
You're an established founder. You have paying clients, referrals coming in, and work you're genuinely proud of. But the brand is the part that stayed behind, because it was built for an earlier version of your business. And despite all the efforts and constant wonder, it still doesn't feel like you and is nowhere near the level your business is operating now.
A DIY logo from when you started, a generic template you customized as far as it would go, a site with no room to say what you actually do now.
You've patched it over and over again, trying to make it look good. Changed a font, refined a color, added a page, searched anther template.
So you hesitate before sending someone the link because it’s all over the place. You explain out loud what the brand should be saying on its own.
You watch warm referrals land on the site and go quiet, and you can't point to which part is wrong but you just know something's off. Your brand as the whole thing being off by a little, everywhere at once.
Here's what changes
Your brand starts where it should have started: with your story, your work, and the people you're actually building for. It stops being the thing you apologize for. It starts doing the work you've been doing yourself.
Every piece comes from the same thinking and the strategy that holds it all. The identity, the website, and everything around them belong to each other. Nothing breaks the spell when a dream client moves from your socials to your site to your client proposal.
It’s built as a system that evolves with you as your business expands. With a solid direction, foundation, and room to grow.
The Residency—The studio’s Signature Partnership for established founders. Crafting a bespoke & immersive brand world you can step into, with room to grow for the years ahead.
introducing
Eight to ten weeks inside the studio. You and I working in tandem to build your brand in full. This partnership is for established founders who have outgrown the brand they built to get here but no longer represents the level they're operating at.

Why The Residency works differently
Most brand projects hand you a logo and a style guide, then leave the rest to you. The parts that carry the brand out into the world get made later, in a rush, by whoever's available.
The Residency covers the thinking underneath and the applications on top. Design as an art form, applied to every touchpoint your business runs on.
Built for founders who've outgrown their brand and want a creative partner to build the whole ecosystem in tandem.

The Residency is for founders who want the whole brand world built at once, with everything coming from the same thinking.
it’s for you if…
→ You're three or more years in, with paying clients and referrals coming
→ You've outgrown a DIY brand or a generic template site, and you want depth, intention, and a real pace
→ You understand what design does for a business, so you're not looking to be convinced
→ You want a creative partner to work in tandem with, not a vendor to brief
→ You'd rather have it built right than built fast
Hola, I’m Karin. The Strategist, Creative Director & Designer behind Rêverie Studio.
meet your creative partner
For over six years, I've worked with established creatives, service-based and product-based founders across industries, turning clarity into identity and vision into strategy. My work lives where creative direction, storytelling, and design meet. I don't design from a niche or a signature style, because the brand should come from your story and what your clients actually need.
What I care about most is the part founders can't articulate yet. The meaning, the intent, the thing they keep circling in conversation. That's what becomes a brand world you and your people can step into. Brands that endure aren't rushed, they're crafted.
I've worked with:
Beauty and hospitality brands
•
Interior designers
•
Real state agents
•
Marketers & Creatives
•
Wedding Vendors
•
Retail & Product-based brands

“Now I feel so connected to my brand — creating no longer feels heavy or confusing when what you say and do reflects who you are. Every update felt like a reflection of my growth — I didn’t realize how much I needed this transformation until I saw it come to life. I’m so lucky to have found you”
Liz · Sigo Mkt
“Karin was so patient and thoughtful, turning something that felt complex into something digestible and beautiful.”
Adhi Guevara · AG closing agency
“I’ve finally confirmed that this new brand really is me: the colors, the vibe, the website… wow. And the designs, wow… they feel completely like mine.”

Still have questions?
Here are some of the most Frequent Questions founders have about The Residency
-
Established means having active paying clients, clarity on what you do, and evidence that it works. It isn't a revenue number or a number of years. If your work has outpaced your brand, you're exactly who this is for.
-
Not knowing is the entry point. That's what the strategy phase is for. And you already know more than you think, because you know what you don't want. That's enough material to work with. Most founders reach out when the brand has been a problem for a while. The clearest signal is hesitating before you send someone the link, or sending a static PDF you keep updating because there's no site to send them to. If that's happening, the brand is already costing you something.
-
Brands get outgrown for one of two reasons: they were built on a trend, or they were built as a fixed set of files with no room to extend. Yours gets built from your story and your audience, which doesn't expire the way a trend does. And it gets built as a system, with identity variations, a documented type scale, a palette with real hierarchy, and rules for applying all of it. New services, new products, new directions all have somewhere to go. The business will keep changing. The brand is built to change with it.
-
Very involved. Your feedback and review are among the most important parts of my process. I will always share walkthrough videos to share my creative decisions with you. You’ll be able to book certain revision calls if it’s easier with you to review the presentations and deliverables together. My process is completely streamlined, and there are phases, timelines, and deadlines for both of us. You can review the journey overview for an in-depth process, timelines, and requirements here.
-
I always require to have your copywriting (I love to work with copywriters if you have one, I can share with you my list of the ones I love to work with), details for Brand Applications, for example, packaging dielines, stationery specifications, details, and information. You'll get the studio's web copy guide to write from, built from six years of working through this with founders, so it isn't a blank page.
If brand/product photography or the imagery isn't ready, we use placeholders. Curated and sourced royalty-free imagery with art direction is available as an add-on and can be handled during your Studio Day Pass if time allows.
-
Yes, I do. I have many options, and it depends on whether you book a partnership during the “Sessions” which is my active booking window where I offer exclusive pricing and incentives for waitlist members you can join here, or you can apply to work during public registration. But even though I always offer Pay in Full with 10% OFF, 50/50, or a 30% deposit and 2-3 equal installments. As well as a 4-6 payment plan with monthly auto-pay, and full copyright usage will be handled once full payment is completed as a waitlist bonus.
-
You’ll get one full concept developed, but this is why strategy and direction come first. By the time you see anything visual, we've already agreed on where it's going and why, so the design is a conclusion we reached in tandem rather than a surprise. You'll see one to two creative direction concepts, and refinement rounds are built into every phase.
-
I got you. I work with many of the partners after a big project. And even though my core experiences are built to evolve and grow alongside your business, there are founders who need help within a couple of months or years. It depends on what you need and how complex the tasks or support are, but that’s what my In-House Partnerships are for. It can be a one-off project for a marketing campaign or a quick content refresh, or it can be something you need on a monthly or quarterly basis.
-
Absolutely. My partnerships include a Video Tutorial Library that you’ll be able to keep and revisit anytime. You will be able to change text, update photos, add new content, or hide something that is not ready or no longer serves you, add new products, anything! And you can always come back to the studio through my ongoing creative support inside my In-House Partnerships, for just a day or on a monthly or quarterly basis.
-
Before anything gets crafted (your colors, logos, fonts, anything as part of the visual system), we go deep on the business goals, the market, and the people you're building for. Their desires and how your brand will approach them and invite them to take action.
This is the strategy, positioning, audience, and the story underneath it all—how we create a brand with room to grow into and the reason the rest holds up. And so you always know how you speak, who you do it for, how you stand out, and how you keep consistency, building brand equity, recognition, and memorability.
-
No. The studio works globally and always has. Sessions happen on video meetings, everything lives in one Client Portal that is super friendly and includes instructions everywhere, your files will be hosted in Google Drive and feedback happens asynchronously between sessions. And I have multiples time slots during the week to schedule the meetings depending in both of our time zone.
-
I built websites on Showit, Squarespace, and Shopify. And it depends so much on various factors, such as the structure you have as a business, whether you sell products (and how many/how robust your shop is), how much you’ll be handling yourself after our work together, or your team's skills.
Once you apply and we have our discovery session, I’ll ask you all the right questions to recommend the best fit for you. But I have chosen those three platforms because of their capabilities, easy-to-manage by my clients to manage, and because they are highly trusted companies in the web industry.
However, The Residency is specifically for established founders who offer services. If you’re a product-based brand, I highly recommend the Shopify Residency instead.
